Test Engineer (Nextest)

What you will do

• Support Magnum Testers NPI and high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Drive production yield and reliability improvements through data analysis.
• Collaborate with US engineering teams on product transfers and part qualifications.
• Manage board test configurations, firmware programming, and Windows server setups.
• Conduct product performance analysis to improve design and resolve system downtime.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers on evaluation and improvement projects.

Requirements

• BSEE degree required with at least 5 years of experience in an electronic-related company.
• Must be local to Penang, Malaysia as no relocation or visa sponsorship is provided.
• Strong knowledge of analog circuitry and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing macros/scripts and executing test cases.
• Proven experience bringing products from NPI phase to mass production.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
