What you will do

• Develop comprehensive design documentation for game encounters.
• Implement encounters directly within the Unity engine.
• Collaborate with art and technical departments to integrate new mechanics and content.
• Balance and fine-tune encounter difficulty and pacing to ensure optimal player experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Game Design with AA+ or Double-I projects.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Unity.
• Strong passion and background in Third Person action and sandbox game genres.
• Experience with multiplatform development, including consoles and mobile.
• Proficiency in writing technical design documentation and deep understanding of encounter design principles.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
