What you will do

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware for mission-critical Command and Control (C2) systems to ensure maximum availability.
• Perform Corrective Maintenance (CM) and track operational metrics such as MTBF and MTTR.
• Conduct software testing for bug fixes and deployments to verify correct system configuration.
• Manage spares provisioning, storage, and serviceability checks at the client site.
• Execute planned Preventive Maintenance (PM) and oversee calibration of test equipment.
• Administer warranty records and process hardware claims.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting HP servers, Cisco networks, UPS, PLC, or video walls.
• Proven experience with mission-critical systems and stringent SLAs (e.g., 99.9%).
• Well-versed in IT Service Management (ITSM) standards and best practices.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Info-Communication Engineering.
• Ability to work on a 24x7 standby rotational schedule.
