What you will do

  • Deliver first-level technical assistance to end users across the organization.
  • Manage IT assets, software licenses, and inventory records.
  • Support the deployment and configuration of systems including laptops, desktops, and Mac OS.
  • Perform hardware maintenance such as RAM, battery, and hard-disk replacements.
  • Provide support for IT infrastructure including printers, CCTV, biometric access, and telephony systems.
  • Participate in ad-hoc IT projects such as server patching and software migrations.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of IT hardware and administration in Microsoft Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, Office 365, and Windows Server.
  • Basic understanding of network and server setup.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
