What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of internal tools for promotion creation, affiliate management, and payout processing.
• Write clean, performant, and well-tested TypeScript and React code for complex, data-heavy applications.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms like Braze and Appsflyer.
• Contribute to architectural decisions regarding data modeling, API design, and integration strategies.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers through code reviews and design feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into concrete technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on React web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and deep understanding of React component lifecycles and hooks.
• Experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Solid testing practices using Jest and E2E frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong written communication skills suitable for a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Braze integrations.
• Familiarity with React Native for mobile promotional surfaces.
• Experience with Go or Ruby/Rails.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes-based deployment environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
