What you will do

• Act as a senior advisor to clients on IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust strategy and target state architecture.
• Create and deepen trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through identity-centric security leadership.
• Drive profitable growth by shaping new scope and defining value for consult-led security engagements.
• Lead technical execution across the customer lifecycle, from discovery to delivery handoff.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners such as Microsoft, CyberArk, and SailPoint to deliver joint solutions.
• Mentor and coach technical and consulting talent to build next-generation Zero Trust capabilities.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in security architecture, IAM, PAM, or Zero Trust solutioning.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust security principles and identity-centric architectures.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical security concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience supporting consultative, pre-sales, or advisory engagements.
• Working knowledge of leading platforms, including Microsoft Entra and PAM solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
