What you will do

• Lead and manage the regional technical support specialist team through functional and disciplinary oversight.
• Optimize operational processes and guidelines to ensure team development aligns with organizational goals.
• Provide technical coaching and guidance to team members.
• Assist field technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs for wind turbine electrical systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical service issues.
• Document technical solutions and create knowledge articles to improve troubleshooting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years of experience as an Electrician or Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the wind turbine industry or technical documentation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience working in an international corporate environment.
• Ability to manage high-demand technical issues effectively.
• Flexibility to travel as required by the role.

• High/Low voltage certifications.
