What you will do

• Ensure timely resolution of client and user requests, including fault clearing and troubleshooting.
• Act as a liaison between vendors and business users, translating technical issues into business terms.
• Track and document application-related issues to maintain high service quality.
• Evaluate client requirements for system enhancements and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless customer service.
• Take ownership of complex technical problems to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client application support role within the financial services or brokerage industry.
• 5+ years of experience with back-office and trading applications.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Secure File Transfer Protocols (SFTP) and file delivery.
• Completion of a minimum 3-year post-secondary program or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dataphile.
• CSC or IFIC designations.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
