What you will do

• Design high-converting campaign and lifecycle/flow emails using Figma.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists and account managers to refine layouts and execute revisions.
• Translate diverse brand identities into polished visual experiences.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Develop modular, reusable template systems in Figma to streamline production.
• Maintain organized design files for efficient team collaboration.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong focus on email design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines.
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for conversion.
• Experience with promotional campaigns and automated lifecycle emails.
• Commitment to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT).

Nice to have

• Experience in a marketing or email marketing agency environment.
• Experience designing for e-commerce brands, particularly those using Shopify.
• Knowledge of Klaviyo or other major email service providers (ESPs).
