What you will do

• Build and scale the engineering team through hiring, onboarding, and long-term capability planning.
• Remain hands-on by contributing to system architecture, code reviews, and technical design.
• Partner with product, marketing, and data teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions.
• Execute technology roadmaps for data pipelines, campaign automation, and user targeting.
• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented engineering culture and improve internal processes.
• Own system reliability, monitoring, and the implementation of long-term architectural fixes.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in PHP, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Experience leading teams, including managing freelancers or outsourced engineers.
• Proven ability to build scalable production systems focused on performance and reliability.
• Deep understanding of product development and the ability to evolve existing features.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with product, marketing, and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius, Klaipėda, or Riga hubs.
