Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do
- Provide on-site management for RCOH shipyard execution and advanced planning of combat system design and modernization.
- Conduct daily tours of Island Mast, Tower, and Combat Systems areas to monitor production progress and identify issues.
- Review inspection reports, design memos, and liaison requests to provide production impact and cost analysis.
- Coordinate production work between Alteration Installation Teams and the shipyard.
- Review installation schedules, work packages, and technical records for accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in weekly combat systems waterfront meetings to report construction status to the Ship Design Manager.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 20 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with aircraft carrier maintenance, operations, and shipbuilding business analysis.
- Knowledge of combat systems including radars, antennas, communication networks, and launchers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with constant mobile availability.
Nice to have
- Project or Program Management experience.
- Former US Navy Chief Petty Officer, Chief Warrant Officer, or Limited Duty Officer.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- Experience working with SUPSHIP, NSWC/NUWC, or Regional Maintenance Centers.
