What you will do

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable technology solutions using internal and open-source services.
• Collaborate on requirements gathering, user story refinement, and solution design with internal teams.
• Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain robust testing suites, including unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Identify and integrate new external technologies to transform financial business platforms.
• Provide production support and ensure system stability across business lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Three years of professional experience in software development, including the full SDLC.
• Proven experience building multi-threaded and multi-process service-oriented applications in a Unix environment.
• Strong proficiency in Java or C++ and backend technologies like Spring or Kafka.
• Experience with microservices architecture design and RESTful API development.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and located in or willing to work from Richardson, TX.
