What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for client and applicant inquiries via phone, email, chat, and support portal.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues within established SLAs.
  • Accurately document all client interactions and case details.
  • Prioritize and manage cases based on severity and urgency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues.
  • Meet weekly and monthly customer satisfaction (CSAT) and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico
  • English: Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Minimum one-year commitment to the role

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other case management software.
  • Bilingual language proficiency.
