What you will do

• Lead the delivery of production-grade systems, reference architectures, and custom AI applications for strategic customers.
• Own architecture and design decisions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with Databricks best practices.
• Guide customers through the end-to-end design and deployment of transformational big data and AI projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to provide implementation feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Embed with customer teams, engaging stakeholders from technical ICs to executives to deliver measurable business impact.
• Develop reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators to scale technical impact across multiple accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering, data platforms, or fullstack software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark and knowledge of its runtime internals.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI APIs, and CI/CD for production deployments.
• Must be based in London, UK and available for hybrid work with approximately 20% travel to customers.
