TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and architecting a modern insurance compliance platform with an accent on AI/LLM integration and full-stack scalability. Location: Must be based in Brazil (Remote)
Compensation: $6,000–$8,000 USD/month

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end product development from initial idea to launch.
- Architect and evolve the stack using TypeScript, React, Python, and FastAPI.
- Translate business needs into robust technical specifications and solutions.
- Mentor and coach engineers while advocating for team needs.
- Drive engineering planning, including sprint management and capacity estimation.
- Refine engineering workflows and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Must be based in Brazil and available for daily standups during Brazilian midday.
- Growth mindset with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience with document processing or OCR tools.
- Knowledge of message queue systems like Kafka or Google Pub/Sub.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
- Background in building products using Generative AI or LLMs.
