What you will do

• Lead the design and integration of Feature Team packages, Optimizely platform, and backend APIs into a unified production system.
• Define and enforce architectural standards for platform-wide integration, module publishing lifecycles, and versioning.
• Implement best practices for API integration strategies, SSR compatibility, and production rollout workflows.
• Collaborate with Feature Teams, API development teams, and CMS stakeholders to ensure reliable multi-layer integration.
• Act as the technical lead for complex scenarios involving SSR challenges and CDN caching risks.
• Mentor developers to ensure alignment with architectural principles and promote team growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in fullstack or frontend-platform development.
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue, Angular) and SSR architectures.
• Proven experience leading teams within complex, multi-team enterprise delivery environments.
• English: Minimum B2 proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Porto, or Braga for hybrid work (2 days in office).

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS/DXP platforms like Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or Drupal.
• Knowledge of edge caching tools such as Cloudflare or Akamai.
• Proficiency in OpenAPI contracts and REST API design.
