What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Lead architectural decisions, define engineering standards, and drive Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Own and deliver complex technical initiatives end-to-end, translating business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Improve testing, CI/CD, observability, system reliability, and operational excellence.
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and best-practice development.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering leadership to influence strategy and deliver customer value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience in product-led environments, including senior or principal-level operation.
• Expert-level frontend knowledge, particularly React and TypeScript.
• Strong backend expertise with Kotlin, Java, or Node.js.
• Proven track record leading large-scale architectural, platform, or modernization initiatives.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, testing strategies, CI/CD, and observability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and guide engineers.
