What you will do

• Design, implement, and support cloud-native product features and event-driven services.
• Set architectural standards for the squad and facilitate key technical decisions.
• Develop and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines for production delivery.
• Mentor team members and perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Coordinate daily squad work and translate product requirements into technical plans.
• Manage the technical debt backlog to balance new delivery with system health.

Requirements

• Senior or Staff-level experience in software development.
• Proven track record in cloud-native service development within multi-region environments.
• Deep understanding of multi-tenant microservices and multi-cloud architectures.
• Strong expertise in DevOps practices and automated delivery.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas).
