What you will do

• Develop new features for a cross-border B2B marketplace.
• Support and maintain existing system functionality.
• Perform refactoring of codebases to improve quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with international teams across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia, and China.

Requirements

• Experience developing large-scale applications using React.js.
• Strong knowledge of native JavaScript and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Deep understanding of browser event models, rendering, and animation features.
• Proficiency in basic programming patterns and algorithms, including complexity analysis.
• Knowledge of network protocols.
• Must be based in or relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with Effector, Redux, and react-query.
• Knowledge of Next.js and Express.
• Proficiency with TypeScript.
• Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
• Experience with Nginx configuration and Docker.
• Experience in developing multilingual applications.
