What you will do

• Migrate and refactor legacy jQuery applications into modern React applications.
• Develop new, interactive React applications from the ground up using component-based design.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across all devices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers for seamless API integration.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality.
• Mentor junior developers to improve their React and JavaScript skills.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience as a frontend developer.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React (hooks, state management), and jQuery.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and version control using Git.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques like lazy loading and code splitting.

Nice to have

• Experience with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or MobX.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and modern build tools like Vite.
• Familiarity with testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Experience with real-time web applications using WebSockets or SignalR.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
