What you will do
- Own the entire commercial cycle from defining product structures to onboarding partners and closing deals.
- Develop and manage relationships with HNWIs, entrepreneurs, investors, and family offices.
- Leverage existing networks to identify and attract new business opportunities in the fintech and iGaming sectors.
- Present tailored solutions for cross-border payments, FX, banking, and treasury services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure offerings for high-risk and medium-risk industries.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
Requirements
- Experience as a Private Banker, Relationship Manager, Wealth Manager, or Corporate Banker.
- Proven experience managing relationships with HNWIs, entrepreneurs, or business owners.
- Possession of an existing client portfolio and strong professional network.
- Deep understanding of cross-border payments, FX, banking, and treasury services.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Fluent English: C1 required

- Experience with high-risk payment business within gambling, trading, or affiliate marketing sectors.
- Leadership potential and interest in growing into a management role.
