What you will do

• Own the entire commercial cycle from defining product structures to onboarding partners and closing deals.
• Develop and manage relationships with HNWIs, entrepreneurs, investors, and family offices.
• Leverage existing networks to identify and attract new business opportunities in the fintech and iGaming sectors.
• Present tailored solutions for cross-border payments, FX, banking, and treasury services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure offerings for high-risk and medium-risk industries.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.

Requirements

• Experience as a Private Banker, Relationship Manager, Wealth Manager, or Corporate Banker.
• Proven experience managing relationships with HNWIs, entrepreneurs, or business owners.
• Possession of an existing client portfolio and strong professional network.
• Deep understanding of cross-border payments, FX, banking, and treasury services.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
• Fluent English: C1 required

• Experience with high-risk payment business within gambling, trading, or affiliate marketing sectors.
