What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Engineer model interaction layers including context, retrieval, grounding, and tool use.
• Build and maintain AI application harnesses, evaluation datasets, and feedback loops.
• Integrate foundation models with enterprise systems and knowledge bases.
• Implement guardrails, access controls, and responsible AI practices.
• Monitor AI application quality, latency, cost, and user feedback.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and software engineering principles.
• Knowledge of LLMs, foundation models, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
• Experience with APIs, cloud services, CI/CD, and observability.
• Understanding of security, privacy, data governance, and responsible AI.
• Ability to design evaluation harnesses and monitor metrics for AI systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in an agile environment.
