TL;DR

Software Engineer (Web3): Building and scaling a crypto-native banking platform with an accent on secure backend services and high-quality frontend interfaces. Focus on delivering end-to-end features, contributing to the Bitcoin ecosystem, and maintaining system reliability in a highly compliant environment.

Location: Must be based in the EU with working rights. Remote (Europe) or hybrid from our office in Paris.

Compensation: €75,000 – €100,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary squad to design and deliver features end-to-end.
  • Write secure, efficient, and well-tested code in a cloud-native environment.
  • Drive new initiatives and contribute to infrastructure and platform improvements.
  • Work within a highly compliant environment to support the Bitcoin ecosystem.
  • Ship high-quality, scalable products with daily deployments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the EU with valid working rights.
  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong backend fundamentals including APIs, databases, and system reliability.
  • Experience scoping, designing, and delivering production systems end-to-end.
  • Product mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English required.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French.
  • Experience with Go, Python, Flutter, or TypeScript.
