What you will do

• Execute end-to-end biorepository workflows and maintain strict chain-of-custody for incoming shipments.
• Support core lab functions, including biological sample processing, reagent validation, and material QC.
• Manage lab supplies inventory, restocking, and inventory control reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments and freight carrier requests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization according to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with EHS compliance and serve as a trained backup emergency contact in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Experience in laboratory operations and support functions.
• Knowledge of GLP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Must be based in New York City, NY (on-site role).
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
