What you will do

• Implement, configure, and provide training to customers on the hirify.global platform during their onboarding phase.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets for both large and small implementations to ensure successful go-lives.
• Advise customers on the optimal software setup and configuration to meet their business needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across European offices to optimize the customer experience.
• Perform consultancy tasks for existing clients and contribute to pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch and professional English (written and spoken).
• Analytical and structured approach to managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong focus on customer success and relationship building.
• Must be based in the office in Houten, the Netherlands.
