What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process.
• Facilitate high-quality root cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001).
• Lead and coordinate internal, customer, and supplier audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements.
• Train and coach colleagues on quality tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
• Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis and CAPA management.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Delft, Netherlands.
