What you will do

• Analyze system-level specifications to design repeatable, executable test cases with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage massive test scenario spaces using smart sampling strategies for optimal resource utilization.
• Allocate testing efforts across Simulation, Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and Closed-Loop environments.
• Monitor test suite execution and provide technical guidance throughout the validation process.
• Evaluate test runs to provide definitive Pass/Fail/Invalid verdicts and actionable feedback to development teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in validating autonomous systems, preferably in automotive or robotics.
• Solid technical grasp of autonomous driving domains, including sensor/perception technologies, path planning, and motion control.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning approaches and their impact on system testing.
• Proven experience in establishing structured verification processes and tracking progress.
• Valid Class B driver's license (Class C preferred) and ability to operate autonomy products on test tracks.
