TL;DR

Team Lead HTML/Markup (HTML/CSS): Leading the markup development team to create high-quality user interfaces for Fintech and iGaming products with an accent on cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization. Focus on managing technical personnel, coordinating project schedules, and implementing complex CSS/JS animations.

Location: On-site in Warsaw, Poland. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

What you will do

• Manage, hire, and train technical personnel within the markup team.
• Determine project requirements and develop detailed work schedules.
• Delegate tasks and ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Collaborate with management and team members to ensure projects meet quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical problems in collaboration with the team.
• Motivate staff and foster an open communication environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as an HTML coder and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in CSS/JS animation and experience with pre-processors like Sass/Less.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop and GIT version control.
• Understanding of web application performance optimization and UI/UX design.
• English: Intermediate level required.

• Experience with Angular and TypeScript.
