TL;DR
Frontend Engineer (React/JavaScript): Developing and maintaining B2B fleet management features for Leasing and CameraPark applications with an accent on React-based UI development, system stability, and collaboration with stakeholders. Focus on scaling product coverage across Europe while delivering high-quality frontend components and fixing bugs in a distributed setup.
Location: Łódź (open to candidates in other locations who can travel to the office as needed)
Salary: 16–22k Gross/PLN

What you will do
- Implement new product features across B2B Fleet solutions for Leasing and CameraPark applications.
- Fix bugs, ensure system stability, and continuously improve frontend components.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align product updates with business needs.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-team initiatives in a distributed environment.
- Contribute to the growth of team-owned systems and shared platforms.
- Support scaling products to new countries and fleet partners.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of frontend development experience.
- Strong experience with React and JavaScript.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with version control (Git) and knowledge of testing frameworks/methodologies.
- Professional fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Backend exposure with Java, Kotlin, SQL, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day work.
