Frontend Engineer

TL;DR

Frontend Engineer (React/JavaScript): Developing and maintaining B2B fleet management features for Leasing and CameraPark applications with an accent on React-based UI development, system stability, and collaboration with stakeholders. Focus on scaling product coverage across Europe while delivering high-quality frontend components and fixing bugs in a distributed setup.

Location: Łódź (open to candidates in other locations who can travel to the office as needed)

Salary: 16–22k Gross/PLN

What you will do

• Implement new product features across B2B Fleet solutions for Leasing and CameraPark applications.
• Fix bugs, ensure system stability, and continuously improve frontend components.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align product updates with business needs.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-team initiatives in a distributed environment.
• Contribute to the growth of team-owned systems and shared platforms.
• Support scaling products to new countries and fleet partners.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of frontend development experience.
• Strong experience with React and JavaScript.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control (Git) and knowledge of testing frameworks/methodologies.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Backend exposure with Java, Kotlin, SQL, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day work.
