What you will do

• Maintain company budgets, rolling forecasts, and perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget).
• Build and update financial and economic models to support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc requests.
• Gather and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and BI systems to identify business trends.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and analytical presentations for stakeholders.
• Conduct data-driven research on pricing, cost structures, and ROI for new initiatives.
• Automate recurring reports and drive efficiency using AI platforms and modern tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or relevant internships.
• Strong Excel skills and a passion for financial modeling.
• Technological aptitude with business systems (ERP, BI, CRM).
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

• CPA studies or certification.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GenAI, and LLMs.
