What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of a single project, ensuring completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and prioritize the product backlog.
• Lead Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master to drive delivery outcomes and remove impediments.
• Coordinate between global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Manage project risks, issues, and financial constraints while tracking success metrics.
• Guide team members through structured assignments and identify necessary specializations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in backlog prioritization, roadmap shaping, and user story creation.
• Strong understanding of Fullstack/Java ecosystems, including APIs, microservices, and CI/CD.
• Expertise as a Scrum Master in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for global team collaboration.
• Must be based in Prague.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in financial services (liquidity, payments, or capital markets).
• Experience with scaling Agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
