What you will do

• Manage strategic and innovation projects in electricity distribution from initiation to completion.
• Create business cases for innovations received from regional units and support their implementation.
• Present and offer innovative solutions to other regional units.
• Plan and coordinate projects considering capacity of other departments.
• Identify new technologies and solutions with business impact alongside experts.
• Implement project management methodologies within the company.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Brno, Czech Republic
• University degree in technical or technical-economic field.
• English language proficiency required.
• Strong presentation, analytical, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
• Experience in project management, preferably in energy sector, is a plus.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 project management methodology is a plus.
