Location: Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

Salary: €2,800–€3,050 net/month

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and unit testing of Salesforce requirements.
• Write functional and technical specifications.
• Deliver Salesforce parameterization compliant with standards.
• Implement interfaces and perform defect analysis and bug fixing.

• Guide and motivate a team of developers.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Informatics.
• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide a team.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon (2 days/week).

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
