Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide operational support and troubleshoot Salesforce user issues.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
• Configure and customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Maintain data integrity and use Data Loader for data management.
• Build reports and dashboards that provide business insights.
• Configure automation with Flows and Process Builder and manage system changes and releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core CRM processes, including leads, opportunities, and accounts.
• Experience with user management, data management, Salesforce configuration, reporting, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and managing releases.
