What you will do

• Provide operational support and manage Salesforce system changes and releases.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets to maintain system security.
• Handle data management tasks using Data Loader and implement validation rules.
• Create reports and dashboards to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop automation using Salesforce Flows and Process Builder.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core CRM processes.
• Expertise in user management and the Salesforce security model.
• Experience with data integrity and Data Loader.
• Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Porto, Portugal.
