What you will do

• Plan, implement, and optimize server and cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability and security.
• Oversee data center operations, including security, compliance, and hardware/software deployments.
• Manage and patch Solaris OS, Solaris Cluster, and Oracle/Sun Sparc hardware.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure high system availability.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, conduct audits, and resolve complex server issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to align IT infrastructure with the organization's strategic goals.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Solaris OS, Solaris Cluster, and Oracle/Sun Sparc hardware.
• Experience operating and maintaining various Linux distributions.
• High proficiency in shell scripting and other dialects.
• Knowledge of IT security frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent solid professional experience.
• Ability to perform on-call duties.
