What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate complex business challenges into fit-for-purpose AI technical solutions.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks and modern programming languages.
• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from initial scoping to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability for deployed AI models.
• Capture field intelligence and best practices to inform the evolution of core AI platforms.
• Collaborate with product teams to contribute code and feedback to internal AI frameworks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or modern languages like C#, Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, version control (Git), and data engineering tools (Pandas, Spark).
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI) and distributed computing.
• Must be willing to travel and work on customer premises as required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Familiarity with open-source AI ecosystems like Hugging Face.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate technical value to executive stakeholders.
