What you will do

• Design and improve scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure across AWS and hybrid environments.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines with a focus on automation, reliability, speed, and developer experience.
• Manage production-grade Kubernetes environments, including deployment strategies, scaling, and performance tuning.
• Implement observability and reliability practices using Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic.
• Develop AI-powered automation flows, agents, and plugins to reduce manual operational toil.
• Lead technical initiatives end-to-end and mentor team members to promote operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven track record of building CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Practical understanding of AI concepts and experience with AI-assisted engineering tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and security automation.
• Experience with high-availability, low-latency, or high-traffic production systems.
• Familiarity with LLM-based workflows and AI governance practices.
