What you will do
- Design and improve scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure across AWS and hybrid environments.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines with a focus on automation, reliability, speed, and developer experience.
- Manage production-grade Kubernetes environments, including deployment strategies, scaling, and performance tuning.
- Implement observability and reliability practices using Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic.
- Develop AI-powered automation flows, agents, and plugins to reduce manual operational toil.
- Lead technical initiatives end-to-end and mentor team members to promote operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Proven track record of building CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Practical understanding of AI concepts and experience with AI-assisted engineering tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Experience with high-availability, low-latency, or high-traffic production systems.
- Familiarity with LLM-based workflows and AI governance practices.
