What you will do

• Evolve the backend architecture powering Bonnie’s AI and agent capabilities.
• Build orchestration systems and platform capabilities for scalable AI experiences.
• Transition AI experiments into reliable, production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Drive technical direction for AI integration across the Engage platform.
• Work on initiatives like AI segmentation, translation, content generation, and MCP.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking.
• Experience working with cloud-based systems and services.
• Practical experience using AI tools, coding assistants, or AI workflows.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems.
