What you will do

• Act as the L2 escalation point for complex integration issues involving Tray.io and AI Studio.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues across CRM and DMS/POS systems in the automotive space.
• Debug integrations and review AI agent behavior logs to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy fixes and improve system reliability.
• Communicate technical resolutions clearly to both executive stakeholders and internal teams.
• Provide structured feedback to product teams to drive long-term improvements in AI and integration performance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a technical or product support role with a focus on integrations.
• Strong proficiency with Tray.io or similar automation platforms is non-negotiable.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical processes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical approach to troubleshooting APIs, FTP setups, and web services.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Automotive industry or with dealership DMS systems like Pentana or Dealer Studio.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data diagnostics.
• Background in software development or reading code.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or Zapier.
