What you will do

  • Develop and execute the annual country marketing plan and business strategy for both product sales and media growth.
  • Launch and scale the hirify.global TV business, overseeing content creation, commercialization, and distribution.
  • Lead the wings team and student brand manager programs to drive product trial and brand loyalty among young consumers.
  • Oversee sports and culture programs to position the brand as an authentic player in local scenes.
  • Manage the marketing budget and lead the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of the marketing team.
  • Drive innovative digital and social media initiatives to expand reach and increase consumer engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial position.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
  • University degree or equivalent commercial education and experience.
  • Strong track record in strategic leadership, budget management, and team development.
  • Expertise in FMCG, sports marketing, or the media/digital business.
