What you will do

• Oversee and operate Instagram (Reels, Feed) and YouTube (Shorts) channels.
• Lead end-to-end production of short-form content, including planning, smartphone-based shooting, and light editing.
• Build relationships with followers and subscribers through active communication via comments and DMs.
• Design purchase conversion funnels using Instagram DM automation tools like ManyChat.
• Analyze performance metrics to continuously apply data-driven insights to future content.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of new media and short-form video trends on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Ability to independently produce content using Photoshop, Premiere, or mobile apps like CapCut and VLLO.
• Exceptional and witty copywriting skills tailored to the target audience.
• Growth mindset with a capacity for fast execution and openness to feedback.
• Open to all experience levels, from fresh graduates to senior marketers with 3–5 years of experience.

• Experience growing a personal social media channel and building a loyal follower base.
• Proven track record of creating viral short-form content that triggers platform algorithms.
