Salary: $242,000–$338,500

What you will do

• Define the technical roadmap and OKRs for content generation, moderation, and relevance systems.
• Spearhead the deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions including LLMs and diffusion models.
• Drive research and development of autonomous AI agents for complex reasoning and planning tasks.
• Oversee model development for content personalization and automated brand safety pipelines.
• Bridge the gap between foundational platform optimization and experimental GenAI features.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of applied scientists and AI engineers.

Requirements

• Graduate degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, AI, or Computational Linguistics.
• 12+ years of experience in Machine Learning Science with focus on NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommender Systems.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading high-performing science teams.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including Transformer architectures, LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Proven track record of taking high-risk ML projects from proof-of-concept to large-scale production.
• Must be based in London, UK or able to work from the local office.

• Experience building and deploying Agentic workflows with tool use and reasoning capabilities.
