What you will do

• Post and review journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and recurring transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing necessary documentation.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate on ad hoc projects including contract review, master data validation, and data updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) within a Shared Services environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Experience applying Lean process methodologies.
• Experience using AI-driven tools for financial reporting and reconciliations.
