What you will do

• Manage and respond to customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and vendor assessments.
• Maintain a centralized knowledge base of standard security and compliance responses.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Engineering teams to validate technical information.
• Build and update a repository of compliance documentation, certifications, and policies.
• Support annual security audits including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Recommend and implement security questionnaire automation tooling.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in security, compliance, risk management, or revenue operations.
• Proven experience responding to customer security questionnaires or RFP/RFI processes.
• Strong understanding of common security frameworks and standards.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience at a B2B SaaS company or high-growth startup.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and associated compliance considerations.
• IT or Security certifications such as CISSP or CompTIA.
• Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams.
