What you will do

• Provide expert information security support for Air Force contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Defense standards and regulations.
• Implement and manage security policies and procedures for databases and software.
• Maintain a secure operational environment through rigorous security hardening.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cyber security or information assurance.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT II Certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, or GSEC).
• Must be eligible for access to classified information.

Nice to have

• Experience with NIST RMF, DIACAP, and FISMA compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools like Nessus or Qualys.
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or DoD Cloud).
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CASP+, or CEH.
• Experience supporting Air Force or other DoD contracts.
