Salary: $70,612 - $102,584

What you will do

• Lead 24/7 monitoring operations and incident response governance for mission-critical cloud environments.
• Define and maintain the Capabilities and Services Monitoring Plan, including alert conditions and escalation paths.
• Coordinate and lead Priority Troubleshooting Calls (PTC) and Major Incident Management (MIM) events.
• Oversee the maintenance of real-time dashboards tracking latency, error rates, and system availability.
• Produce incident reports, including root cause analysis and corrective actions for executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SRE, DevSecOps, and Architecture teams to align monitoring requirements across tenant environments.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with 3+ years of residency in the U.S.
• Must hold an active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud platform operations, monitoring engineering, and incident management.
• Strong knowledge of AWS GovCloud, CloudWatch, and observability best practices.
• Experience supporting Federal Government programs in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
