What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers and managers to build applications for global hotel customers.
• Write clean, self-documenting code using agentic development flows.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve product technology and business growth.
• Think beyond individual tickets to delight customers and enhance the product.
• Provide 1:1 mentoring and participate in active code reviews.
• Advise the tech lead on critical technical decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in LATAM
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Solid knowledge of backend application development.
• Experience with JavaScript and frontend frameworks like VueJS or ReactJS.
• Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent work ethic.
