What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end AI and software development lifecycle, ensuring robust architecture and code quality.
• Design and build full-stack applications using .NET 8/9+, C#, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• Develop and scale microservices, containerized clusters, and AI-powered backend systems on AWS.
• Architect multi-tenant, SaaS-based systems with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and the promotion of Agile practices.
• Optimize system reliability and cost-efficiency while integrating AI tools to streamline development operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on product or platform delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET 8/9+, and .NET Framework 4.8.
• Proficiency in modern frontend development using TypeScript and React, Angular, or Blazor.
• Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git/GitHub).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of secure software development (OAuth2, OIDC, Okta, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7v2, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, data modeling, and vector databases (RAG).
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangGraph or MCP.
