What you will do

• Design and maintain data products for CX and Billing domains from design to deployment.
• Build integrated data pipelines across patient, provider, payer, and claims domains.
• Optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
• Apply best practices for data security, privacy, and HIPAA compliance.
• Drive rapid prototyping and transition proof-of-concepts to production-grade systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and cloud data architectures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed processing frameworks like Spark.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data domains including billing and insurance processes.
• Experience with modern orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG-based architectures.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau.
• Experience in pharma, diagnostics, or other regulated industries.
