What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments of operating standards to ensure they meet quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
• Analyze training metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to align training with future business needs.

Requirements

• Full clean JP driving licence and at least 8 years of driving experience (mainly in Japan).
• Available to work full-time on-site in Tokyo, 5 days a week.
• Proven experience as a team coordinator or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong communication skills for 1:1, team, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to remain calm and controlled in high-pressure environments.

Nice to have

• Recognised Assessor qualification.
• Qualified Vehicle Safety Operator with a current qualification.
• Recognised Quality Assurance qualification.
